Welcome to NAAAP-OC

The National Association of Asian American Professionals Orange County Chapter (NAAAP-OC) is an all-volunteer, Pan-Asian American professional organization that promotes the career advancement and leadership development of professionals in all fields through networking, community service, promoting multiculturalism and supporting diversity.

We are one of  30 chapters throughout the nation, including one abroad chapter in Xiamen, China, with several thousand active members, and a reach of more than 20,000 professionals. Founded in 1982, NAAAP is a volunteer-run non-profit that inspires, develops, and connects leaders across industries and communities through networking and educational events, trainings, community service programs, and celebrations of Asian American excellence.

Dear NAAAP-OC Community,

I hope this message finds each of you, your family and loved ones doing well, keeping safe, and most importantly, staying healthy as we embrace 2023.

Our theme and goal for 2023 is "Reconnect & Re-Engage"  I want to reassure you that we at NAAAP-OC continue to serve as a resource for our community, so please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you would like to be connected for assistance or be of assistance.

The Women in NAAAP (WIN) Committee's vision is to empower, support and engage Asian American women to succeed as professional and personal leaders as well as contributing to their communities and cultures. WIN is a special program created and developed to build competent and confident women leaders within NAAAP and the Asian Pacific community.
